New Change requests, implemented by an AI agent. After a human says yes.

Everything Axinom Mosaic does. But better.

We loved the platform. The media, video, image, DRM, localization and channel services, the ID service, the hosting. We just couldn't stand clicking through it. So we built the management frontend we wanted, on the very same APIs, and now you can rent it.

Connects to your existing Mosaic environments with your existing sign-in. No migration. No new backend.

Content teams who have clicked quite enough, thank you

Why Better Mosaic

Stations are for trains.

The stock management UI is organised around stations: videos, images, licenses, snapshots and localizations of a title each live on their own page, reached through an action menu. Great for a platform demo. Less great on day 214 of daily operations. Better Mosaic is organised around the editor's work instead.

    Fewer pages

Metadata, hierarchy, artwork, videos, licensing, collections, translations and publishing history are sections of one page.

    Fewer clicks

Keyboard navigation everywhere, bulk actions on anything you can select, filters that live in the URL.

    Less context switching

Settings, DRM, audience and environment admin sit next to your catalog, in the same app, with the same shortcuts.

    Features

Built for the 9-to-5 and the 4:55 publish.

    01 · Title pages

One page. Every aspect. Saved together.

Edits are staged as you go, with a visible change counter, a diff view and an unsaved-changes guard. Press ⌘S and everything goes out as one request. Duplicate a title, roll back to an older snapshot, or build out a season with "Create & add another".

    • Readiness checklist that jumps to the section that needs work
    • Drop an image on a cover slot: uploaded and assigned in one go
    • Prev/next through your filtered list with Alt ← →
    02 · Release desk

Publishing is a workflow, not an afterthought.

The Release desk lists everything with unpublished changes or never published, across movies, shows, seasons, episodes and collections. Pre-flight warnings before you go, bulk publish when you're sure, and the outcome of every recent publish and failed validation in one place. Publish a whole series, show + seasons + episodes, in one action.

    03 · Channels

    Linear channels, ad breaks included.

Build playlists on a wall-clock timeline, schedule ad breaks on cue points, then watch a simulated playout of the whole thing at 1×, 60× or 600× before you validate and publish. Spot the 3-minute gap at 02:17 before your viewers do.

And the long tail you'll use every day

    Keyboard-first lists

Dense tables with J K X ↵, shift-range selection, "select all matching", and one-click "needs attention" filters.

/movies?expiring=30&missing=video ← share it, bookmark it

    Bulk licensing with region presets

Apply one license to 40 titles at once. Pick a preset, pick a window, done. A license timeline on every title.

DACH Nordics EU 27 LATAM Worldwide
    1 year from today Open-ended → 40 titles

    ⌘K finds anything

Movies, shows, seasons, episodes and collections by title, external ID or numeric ID. Plus recents and commands. Try it on this page.

    Preview with DRM

DASH and HLS preview with Shaka Player, including Axinom DRM via the entitlement message. Encoding status, cue points, preview approval, auto-refresh while encoding.

    Images that behave

Multi-file upload queue, a focal-point editor with live crop previews, and pickers filtered to the image type you're filling.

Settings, DRM and environment admin. One place.

Image and video storage with connection tests, processing profiles and ladders, DRM profiles, watermarks, locales. Audience: end users, sign-in apps, identity providers, OAuth clients. Environment: roles with a permission matrix, a service-account wizard, IP allow-list with lock-out protection, hosting as a deployment board. Previously spread over four apps and a portal.

    Every environment, one switcher

Test, staging and production side by side, each with its own session. Production is marked in red, so nobody "just quickly" tests on it again.

    Change requests

Don't like something? Ask the app.

Feedback usually disappears into a roadmap-shaped void. Here, anyone can request a change from inside the app, with the page context and a screenshot attached. A reviewer approves it, and an AI agent implements it, runs the checks and ships it. You see the result the same afternoon, not next fiscal year.

    General

For everyone. "Show the external ID in the episodes list."

    Personal

Just for you, behind a per-user flag. "I want the license column first." Your colleagues will never know.

Guardrails enforced by the service, not the agent's good intentions
      • · Nothing ships without human review
      • · Request text treated as untrusted
      • · Protected files (auth, config) off-limits
      • · No network, no history rewrites
      • · Type check, lint, query validation, build
      • · One request = one revertable commit

      What people say

      Fewer clicks. Strong opinions.

"I published a 48-episode season before my coffee got cold. My coffee and I are both still processing that."
      MV Mara V.
      Head of Content Ops, Kestrel+
"I asked for a 'licenses ending soon' column on a Tuesday. It was there on Tuesday. I had to sit down."
      JO Jonas O.
      Rights Manager, Parallax Pictures
"Same Mosaic backend, same permissions, nothing to migrate. Our platform team said yes in one meeting. That has never happened."
